Day 2: Freedom is a Choice!
Good day, beautiful soul! Freedom is a choice! Today, I invite you to open your mind and recognise that you have the power to transform your current challenges into possibilities. Let’s take the answers you wrote yesterday and shift them into a space of opportunity and empowerment. Transforming Your Answers: Go back to your responses from Day 1. Now, rewrite each answer, starting with: “If I really wanted to, I could…” For example: “I feel stuck and like I’m going nowhere.” “If I really wanted to, I could explore new opportunities, take a small step toward something exciting, or seek guidance to move forward.” Now, do this for every answer before moving on to Day 3. Gift yourself the freedom of choice—even if your answers feel unrealistic at first. Write without limits! Reflect on Your Feelings... How do you feel now as you read your new answers? Can you sense the shift from limitation to possibility? What emotions arise when you see that freedom is already within your reach? Embracing a Simpler Life: Now, take a deep breath and embrace your own version of living simply. This is YOUR life, and you are in control! Take time to listen to your soul and discover what truly makes YOU happy. A simpler life means letting go of what no longer serves you and focusing on what truly matters. Today’s Affirmation: “I am free to create the life I desire.”

Day 3: The Power of Words & Overcoming Fear
Your words shape your reality! By speaking and thinking positively, you create your superblessed life. Affirmations are a powerful tool for healing and growth. Today, reflect on your past insights and recognize that self-love is the key to transformation. Fear is often just False Evidence Appearing Real—don’t let it hold you back! True failure is never trying. End the day with gratitude. Make a list of all your blessings and feel the abundance already in your life. ✨ Affirmation: “I am grateful for who I am and all that I have.”

Day 4: Transforming Your Relationship with Money
Today, we focus on money—a tool that many overvalue and misunderstand. We begin by creating a wishlist of what we would want if we had financial abundance and no fear of failure. Money, while important, should not control us. It's a tool that we can attract and use wisely by changing our mindset. We explore the 10/20 principle, where we give 10% to a worthy cause and save 20% for ourselves, allowing us to live on 70% of our income. This not only shifts our perspective on money, but gives your the belief that we have power over money and so strengthens our self-worth. This was powerful for me! Finally, we’re encouraged to write a new contract with money, viewing it as a positive tool for prosperity, growth, and abundance. Affirmation of the Day: All is well in my beautiful life!

Healthy relationships start with self-love. This is the Key! What we receive in life reflects how worthy we believe we are. Positive self-talk and affirmations can rewire our mindset for confidence and fulfilment. Affirmation of the Day: I love and approve of myself!

Day 6: Health – A Commitment to Your Well-being
Good day, may it be a healthy and superblessed one! Health is more than just the physical—it’s deeply connected to our emotions and mindset. Unresolved emotions can manifest as illness, and true healing begins when we listen to our intuition, release energy blocks, and make mindful lifestyle choices. Affirmation of the day: I am in perfect health!

Day 7: I am ready to live my superblessed life!
Today marks the final day of our journey together. The number 7 is often seen as a spiritual number, representing wisdom, intuition, and divine connection. Throughout history and across cultures, it has symbolized completeness and inner strength. Reflecting on the themes of this course, one message remains clear—self-love is the foundation of a Superblessed life. Today, we take the final step by creating a personal blueprint for the life we desire. Affirmation of the day: I can create my superblessed life!

Today let’s talk about Relationships.

All religion is about humankind finding a relationship with a higher source. They all speak of a perception of God within!

The key to healthy relationships is first and foremost to learn to love yourself. If God made me in His image and He resides in me… it means we got to start inside with love!

What we get in life is in direct proportion to how worthy we think we are!

How much you love and forgive yourself, will define and design your world and what happens through you. These words took me such a long time to wrap my head around!

And when at long last I finally comprehend it, it might seem simple for some… but for most it will take a long time to fully comprehend… And after lots of contemplation and failed implementations… I simply try yet again… 

It’s not what you look at in the mirror that matters, but what you really see.

Your self-talk will give you away!

So start listening to what you think of yourself!

The best action to take towards a life with confidence, is to start with positive affirmations. If we start approving of ourselves and turn our conversations into a positive dialogue, we can ‘brainwash’ ourselves and have a much better chance of a superblessed, healthy life!

Today I invite you to make a list of your awesome attributes and how this helps you or can help you on your unique journey.

And then I invite you to make a list of what you would really love to see in your current or future partner… don’t hold back!

Keep these lists safe for reviewing in a year’s time and be superblessed!
